Everlast Fitness Club is an exciting brand offering an all-in-one gym experience across 13 high-end fitness centres dotted throughout the UK. Built on the tried and tested American boxing brand, this new range of fitness clubs offer top of the range equipment classes and amenities.

To fulfil the needs of their customers and pay homage to the longevity of the brand Everlast Fitness Club came to us with a vision to manufacture and fit various components. This mammoth task has seen an evolution of the clubs which started at Southport and saw a big step change with an enhanced design installed at Shirebrook. Everlast Fitness Club was so impressed with the results they rolled out the new concept and we worked closely their designers and contractors to manufacture for several other clubs from Lakeside Thurrock all the way up to Glasgow.

We manufactured all of the elements to enable the fit-out of the changing rooms, including toilet cubicles, lockers, benches, vanity shelves and shower cubicles. These created much-needed privacy and security for visitors. After this, we manufactured the reception desk and cafe. These fixtures add to the experience of the fitness club and give members an area to relax, socialise and enjoy the club pre or post-workout.

We also worked with partners to develop some unique concepts for the clients such as the selfie screen. This screen allows members to snap photos of themselves and feel good about the healthy changes they make. This positive messaging is reinforced throughout with supportive statements found across the gym.

We then set to work manufacturing bespoke storage units. Cavity units and over sink units were installed in various treatment rooms to provide storage without taking away from the sleek aesthetic of the club. LEDs were also installed to highlight the units and supply some much-needed light.

Overall we were able to manufacture storage and display units for several Everlast Fitness Clubs, sticking to tight deadlines and exacting demands. Fixtures and fittings in a gym need to be robust and hardwearing and we worked hard to ensure every component was made using the very best materials and practices.

Throughout all of this, we worked with some talented designers, contractors and fitters to ensure all manufactured pieces were designed, delivered and installed to our client’s demands.

SEV supplied all the joinery items, from lockers and reception desk, to bespoke feature items to give the gym a striking appearance. Delivering such a huge project on multiple sites at once under tight budget and time restrictions was great. And we could not deliver these clubs without the help from the team at SEV.
