Sev Bespoke Joinery for Office Fit-Out

We were pleased to manufacture and install the bespoke joinery for this commercial office interior fit-out under the direction of Studio Twenty Architectural & Interior Design Studio.

Sev turned Studio Twenty’s vision and concepts into our technical drawings ready for production.

The joinery package involved the kitchen breakout area, hanging gantry, low level storage cupboards, meeting room coffee bar, wall cladding, sign-in desk and end of desk storage and planter units.

Materials used included Egger MFC, Laminate, Oak Veneered MDF, sprayed MDF, Bronze tinted Polycarbonate, LED lighting and a range of handles and hinges.

In June 2022, ConSpare and ProSpare relocated from their home for over 40 years in Pinxton to new premises at Castlewood Business Park.

Following 40 years of successful operation at their warehouse and office premises in Pinxton, ConSpare have invested in a brand-new home at the Castlewood Business Park development.

Castlewood Gateway, situated at Castlewood Business Park in Nottinghamshire, is a purpose built 19,438 sq. ft warehouse and office building. The new premises are located 2 miles away from their old Headquarters, and sit within a prominent development which is less than 5 minutes away from Junction 28 of the M1.

The state-of-the-art premises also features a 16-person conference room and best practice demonstration room displaying their process improving products. These first-class facilities, in addition to the central location, make it an excellent destination for customers to visit, and also potentially hold their own operational meetings.
